a technical foul doesnt go against any player, It is a team foul.
It doesnt get added to the stats

The player still gets the foul. There are two kinds of Foul that a player can get in the game. a personal foul and a technical foul...if he has 6 fouls (pro games) or 5 fouls (amateur games) then he is fouled out and can't return to the game. If the player receives 2 technical fouls then he's ejected or thrown out of the game. Peace!Ü
