you may feel tired due to your period. i know i do. i also get very bas pains in the tops of my legs for days before i actually come on and my hip bones ache too. you might need to go to the doctor, get your thyroid and blood levels taken, if your thyroid isnt working as well as it should and all the sleep in the world doen't make any differance then it could be that. also if you are a bit anaemic( not enough red blood cells ) that can make you tired also. i suggest some multivitamins and a good diet, drink plenty of water to flush out toxins because they wont help. and visit the doc. hope you feel better soon. oh and if you cant stand the pains any longer get some co-codamol. will help i promise.

U have an infection by the sounds of it. It is causing ur lethargy. Go to a doctor. U might have thrush or another of the very common infections. The pains in legs and stomach sound like possibly vascular problem. Plz go to Dr. and very accurately describe the pain and don't let them brush u off like many idiot Dr's do. If u don't get answers at ur usual Dr. get a second opinion.

Good Luck.

There could be any number of reasons why your feeling the way you are. Getting the correct amount of exercise, the right diet, enough proper sleep etc if these are not right then that might make you feel tired. You could be a bit anaemic, you may have picked up a virus which would explain your symptoms, try looking after yourself a bit more and if your not feeling any better then get yourself checked with a doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

you probably sleep late and have terible sleeping habits, fo example having inconsistant hours of sleep and waking up regularly. as you have mentioned that both your partner and yourself have been going to bed early but not falling asleep straight away, you may have a sleeping problem called sleep apnia and this problem happens to alot of men and women.
regular excercise before you sleep can help and a stable diet without toomuch caffine during the day time.
another problem in your case may be that you sleep in the afternoon. period pains may cause aloot of stress on the body and cause your legs to be very painful this is probably because you do not stretch; a lot of lactic acid builds up between your joints, this lactic acid causes too much friction in the joints and causes them to ache. on the other hand you may have signs of arthritis and there are many ways of dealing with arthritis, this may be done simply by compilations of herbs and spices, this can also help with period pains. consult your doctor before you take any steps ok.

pains in the tops of legs before a period is quite common and usually disappears once period over. Get your partner to massage your legs gently.Lots of women lacking iron and especially the B vitamins, it can cause fatigue and lethargy.

Like the others have said - go to your doctor. That's more important than anything. He will probably give you a tonic. It will be worth it in the end - just wait and see.

could you be pregnant? just a question because the constant tiredness and the achy pains could be symptoms of pregnancy.
