how about some tricep dips, also holding a weight with both hands above and back behind your head, drop the weight behind to you ears and push it up, start with a 2kg weight and do 2 sets of 12, the increase to 3 sets of 10, up the weight to 5gs when you can,

Hi. This is very important if you are a woman. And there are specific exercises that will help a lot if you do them now and keep it up. They are not hard. They only involve lifting a light weight with your arm in slightly different positions. You should be able to find these in almost any women's health or exercise book, magazine or DVD. But go get the info and start doing it! You look gorgeous!

Everyone's weight is distributed differently, and there is no such thing as "spot reduction".

Heavy upper arms run in my family; after *years* of weight training, daily exercise (1 1/2 hours a day) and episodes of bulimia, my sister finally did the only thing you CAN do: liposuction.

Her arms are finally as slender as the rest of her.

The obvious answer is to cut calories without lifting weights, or doing any other activity that would increase your upper arm muscle.

Get yourself some dumbells (small weights), and do some weight training.. im not a trainer so not sure about the sets and reps etc......?

from experience i know that swimming is the best answer.you can clearly see the effects.and if you dont know how to swim,its time to learn it.its very healthy,not too difficult and suitable for all ages.

hit the gym and lift some weights....maybe do push-ups while you're at it
