Selling information to other students on what business to study.
This may sound like a glib answer but actually its not. You have a problem yes?
So would many other students on the same course facing the same question.
You therefore have a defined audience with a defined problem. So an educational support business is born.
All you need do now is create the content you have the idea.
Good luck

USP's often come up as part of every basic business plan. The most succesful organisations usually have a temporary USP that has a vision of scope with investment. I would suggest usual USPs are COST/ DELIVERY or PRODUCT.
Maybe if you proposed an enterprise that aimed to deliver the cheapest product within a chosen are (like Kelkoo or insurance engines), one that might be worth considering is a search engine to find the cheapest lager/ petrol in an area (and either make the money through a referal charge or advertising).

How about a mobile (Winnebago type) selling something luxury items/service rather than the usual burger and chips etc.
The unique selling point is you can drive it to any lucrative place you like without the huge overheads and you can fit it out to sell anything you like.

But theres loads of things out there. A very easy way is to research dragons den, many of the contestants bring USP ideas to the table, so nick one of theirs.
