Certainly it could be argued that they are.
They have made the world a far more dangerous place for certain & they have cost thousands of lives - I hope this does not become millions.
They will be leaving office but the mess they've created will be around for years, possibly the world may never recover from it.
Other presidents? There were bad & corrupt ones. Other Prime Ministers - some were pretty poor.
But I'd be happy to argue your point.

It would be a good debate most heads of countries end their term of office on an all time low that is why they go.

I think it was Tony Ben that said in not so many words you never come out a winner in politics.

Incidentally I am not a fan of either of those mentioned in the question.

It would be fair to say that yes. They have not only misled their countries into war on false pretexts, but in the case of Blair he has gone on to do so in spite of public opinion being against it- in other words he just doesn't care what his people think. That's a pretty bad leader I'd say.

Who really knows what catastrophies would have befell the US, UK and other targets around the world.
