u are probably sneezing at night because u are allergic to dust mites which live in your mattress.
my sugestion would to get an allergy test.
enquire at your local GP. (doctor)

i think that u r hving dust allergy . to avoid sneezing at nights keep the place clean where ur sleeping. even i do that.
