I agree, its so irritating. I cannot think of an actor who can drink from an empty cup in a convincing manner. I guess its because they want to avoid accidentally spilling or having the drink go own the wrong way.

heheheheh.. i know hey..
what my bro and I always laugh about is how they just nibble at meals and leave it, or the scene changes etc imagine the poor cook who'dve had to cook up that really gorgeous meal only for the actor to just take two bites and 'CUUTTT'..
wonder what happens to the food after the scene shooting... heheheheh i would go back an gobble it up..

It is kinda annoying and obvious but its probably a Union or Insurance thing re health and Safety etc
