I am an International student studying in germany , I normally like to invest my extra spare money in german index , but I would like to invest some money in index funds of saudi/qatar or I would like to buy some shares of middle eastern companies , how can I do that??

I don't think that there is an index that trades for Saudi Stocks. Saudi stock market is not opened to foriegners. If you want to invest in Saudi Stocks, your best choice is to buy a fund called SAIF. This fund is listed in London stock exchange. I believe that is a closed market.

just look for where they sell it and buy it!
