does anyone know a certain programme that can be used to draw data flow diagrams........used to know it............but i've tried remembering the name but I cant..pliz someone help me out.....need to use it ASAP

try microsoft visio.... there are several flowcharting tools, networking tools, even rooms, charts, electronics, etc...

Best is VISIO or rational also has good tool for drawing diagram

I use Visio but there are a number of very good lookalikes.
