I was spanked bare bottom till I was 14. I was talking to a friend of mine who had the same experience. We just observed that it is not done anymore, which is probably a good thing, but we feel our generation was much better behaved and respectful of people.

Well I'm not sure what generation your from but I can say my mom never spanked me! I had enough respect for my elders that all it took for my parents was a look and I knew never to do what I was doing ever again.
I'm sorry your parents thought it was necessary to spank you.
I have also noticed that children are more disrespectful, but you need to remember kids are taught in school that if their parents punish them they could call "DCF"! As a parent that puts me in a hard spot. All it takes is a kid to go to school and say my dad spanked me and you got "DCF" on your butt telling you that you can't hit your kid, ground them to their room, or punish them in any way.

I'm still spanked on the bottom, only it's my wife who does it.
Also, I agree, I think the older generation was more behaved than the younger one today. It almost seems that even in the media, children are shown as more mature than adults, yet they really aren't and more so out of control with arrogant behavior.

I was never spanked like that, my mum was quite strict but we were well behaved and hardly got into trouble. It's true kids today are so out of control.

never - I think it's a bit pervy to spank a bare bottom, and if you like spanking childrens bare bottoms then that is really sick and the spanker should be locked up.
