You may want to work it out yourself,

consider that CuSO4 makes up 5.1/8 x 100 or 63.75% by weight of the original hydrated salt, so the water molecules make up 36.25% by weight.

You can look up the periodic tables for the atomic weights of all the elements in the CuSO4.xH2O formula.

In essence, if the water of crystalization is 1, i.e. CuSO4.H2O, the anhydrous salt is expected to be about 82.86%, so obviously 1H2O isn't the answer, by increasing the number of H2O you should be able to get closer to the determined percentage and hence obtain your answer. Ofcourse there is a mathematical shortcut, but I will let you discover that for yourself, if not the brute force method of trying 1H2O, 2H2O and so on will get you there.

I comprehend, yet in case you've been about to fall off a cliff would not you want someone to provide you with a caution? sometimes the reason we get prepared about caution human beings about Hell is because we fairly do not favor you to finally end up there. we are not attempting to harass or aggravate you. we are in basic terms attempting to demonstrate you that Jesus can keep your soul from an eternity you defiantly would not delight in.
