u just cannot tell any one single song as the best. its like finding the brighest star in the star studded universe.There are just so many of them. i think you are new to hindi music.
for you therefore i suggest, you should start from mohammed rafi classics.it will take you a year to listen all of them. and if you can pick up one single as the best, i think you as a genious music mastreao.i am sure there are atleast 50 best songs from mohammed rafi himself, that you will not be able to judge one better than the other.
i think you need to go to a music world shop NOW....

There are so many but my personal favorite (which I can think of now) is PYAR KIYA TO DARNA KYA from Mugha-e-Azam. The lyrics are awesome & Madhubala was sooo beautiful.

ohh it's just like counting stars in the sky. all r best. we have got the world best singers in bollywood. ummmm i'll tell u some latest ones that's "kajrare-bunty or bubly" "dhoom". the best songs sung ever were from lataji n sonuji. i like of their songs.

All Hindi movies are pretty much the same. Boy meets girl and falls in love. Boys dance with boys. Girls dance with girls. Girl sing in screachy voice. Boy and girl get separated. Girl sings sad screachy song. Boy beats up bad guys. Boy finds girl again. Girl sing happy screachy song. Boy dances with girl.
