Would the second marriage be legal. The second marriage took place in 1998 he could not find first wife to divorce. But, when they found her in 2003 the divorce from first wife went through. Would second marriage be legal after this?

No it's not legal. It is bigamy and if he wants to legalize his second marriage, he would have to marry her again.

I would think that it would be legal after the divorce went through. You may want to consult an actual attorney just to be on the safe side.

Nope it wouldn't be legal if the got married BEFORE the divorce was granted. It's called bigamy and is against the law in the U.S.

I do not think so bc he did not do the paper work to get divorced. i think he would have to marry the second wife again.

No you have to be divorce from the first wife or have a death cert to prove that he was indeed single again

I don't think so simply cause it's illegal to marry another person while married to someone else. So I do believe when someone does that their second/third and so on marriages are void.
