From your question, I take it that both parties are not in love with the other anymore. If this is the case, than proceed with your divorce, and do not worry about who is initiating the procedure. If it is not the case. and you cannot love her anymore. or reconcile, than do it any way if this is what you want , face the heat, and get it over with. Do not worry about her family. If this divorce is amicable, and you agree upon the terms of separation, the property and asset split, and if there are no children, than get it done . If she is in agreement, let her tell her family, or better yet do it together. if you have developed a relationship with them, it should continue on a friendly basis. If she is not in complete accord about the divorce, than it could get nastier, especially if she tells them a story , slanted in her direction. I do not know how long you have been in and out of love with your soon to be ex spouse. This makes a difference as to how long you should wait before becoming serious with another woman. If all is in agreement with your soon to be ex, and the family is still on a speaking basis, I would not introduce your new love to them, at least for a while. This is like throwing gasoline on a smoldering fire. I do not believe in divorce, as in most cases it never solves anything. However, especially if you are young, and in agreement, and there are no kids, perhaps it is better than a life of misery if you do not love your spouse. However, remember your vows, and search your heart before making this move. Tread lightly into the unknown my friend, and good luck.

'Both parties are willing to seek a divorse'
It's a simple game of 'i wanna be the innocent one' I thought your suppose to become wizer the older you get?
Don't wasting time in a relationship that is a dud, get the divorse through, look like the bad guy... because atleast you know what you want and not looking for sympathy.
Don't deny love, go and get your girl. You can still be mates with the family, if they hate you for it then are they really worth it?

before things get out of hand, if you both agree to divorce then be the bigger man and do it. go to her family and be honest,if they love you they love you.your wife might not stay so nice if start seeing other people, even though you both want a divorce, it is so rude and disrespectful to flaunt the love she no longer has in her face.. dont procrastinate--good luck always
