My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised. Oddly enough i've never been with a circumcised man and didn't really know how to respond when he told me he was thinking about having it done? Is it really any different at all? Will lovemaking feel different? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Well any answers/advice would help really.

Once he's healed it shouldn't have a great effect on your sex life, depending, of course, why he wants to do this, If his foreskin is bothering him in some way, your sex life might be better. Some think because the exposed glans becomes slightly less sensitive that circumcized men may be able to delay orgasm longer.

You, your doctor, and your husband should sit down and discuss the pro's and con's of having this minor procedure and your husband's specific reasons.

Since the foreskin normally retracts when the penis is fully erect, you won't see much difference when healing is complete. The head or glans will with time become less pink and look a bit more like skin than a mucous membrane.

It will eventually lower his sensitivity and no lovemaking will feel the same. I have been with 2 uncircumcised men and the rest have been circumcised. I can't tell a difference.

You will not find sex or at least penetration any different at all....if you give him hand jobs you will notice it is different because the foreskin is gone but it should make no difference to the pleasure for either of you....you might want to use lubricant when giving a hand job as the penis seems dryer...have fun...losing the foreskin actually lessens the risk of infection on the penis...

I have seen this question on here before.
And, sex feels the same, circumcised or not.
The bigger question is why does your husband want to get cut? There is no medical justification for adult circumcision.

It makes it look bigger I prefer the look of the crew neck but I hear good things about the feel of a turtle neck.
