Good lord no!.If a comppany needs a mission statement to tell people what their supposed to be doing, then it needs help.

Not no, but "H" NO! Companys today just can't seem to get enough blood for free. The unions are the only proven way to ensure a livable wage. I hate them but fact is fact.
