My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised. Oddly enough i've never been with a circumcised man and didn't really know how to respond when he told me he was thinking about having it done? Is it really any different at all? Will lovemaking feel different? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Well any answers/advice would help really.

I have been with both circumcised and uncircumcised men and I prefer men that are cut. I think you will enjoy your sex life much better. Aside from the fact that it is asthetically more pleasing to look at, the physical differences are far more out numbered as well when a man is circumcised.

It will feel no different to you but will decrease sensitivity for him. What happens is, once the "head" is exposed by circumcision, it will be constantly rubbing against underwear, pants, etc. The skin toughens just the way the bottoms of your feet do when you walk barefoot for a while (though not nearly as much) Whereas before circumcision, rarely is there any exposure, causing much greater sensitivity to the area and more intense sensations.

It's more dangerous for an adult to get circumcised than a small child. I don't think it's a wise idea no matter what the age of the individual is.
Question is; why is he doing this for??????

I agree with the first answer you got. I have a friend that her husband got cut and she said they are both happy that he did it. More pleasurable for the both of them. The men are more sensitive from what I heard, than before.
If that is what he wants than let him, really it is what will make him more comfortable if he is unhappy with the appearance or feels it would be a benefit in some way than what ever go for it.

I agree with two answers in here....Roxann and shadow...
In my experience i've been with both also...I do prefer the uncircumsized...they have a lot more sensitivity there then those who dont....Everyone has their opion. But he will regrat it later...he wont be as satify as he was with the fore skin. Like one of them said the skin toughs up and it looses it sensitivity. If it's cleaness then work on improving his hygene..(had to teach my hubby a few thing on proper cleaning) But some hispanics(reference to my dude) weren't taught sex ed and i just had to teach him birds and bees and proper cleance of the area. Back to the point...HE SHOULD STAY THE WAY HE IS... he lived that way for years...it a case of the GRASS IS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE...:-) HA HA..GOOD LUCK

circumcised is much better and cleaner, it wont feel so different just maybe a little thinner, but it will be so much smoother and more pleasant for you when ur going down on him :) he will like it too because it should make him abit more sensitive down there.

There's nothing wrong w/ it....have him circumcised you might find something diffrence in your sex life...literally in our country.. when people know that your not circumcised...they'll laugh at you...your he's caucasian right...? best of luck..
