Buy a bag of those little plastic spiders, flies and ants. Place them strategically around the workplace (like keyboards, desks, bathrooms etc.) Then wait for the fun.

I work in a call center and for Halloween one year, one of our employees dressed up as "Sticker Man" and had little stickers on every exposed part of his body, including his face. It was so original and everyone had a great laugh. Here's a pic:
