In the last one I saw recently, Lynley and Helen bumped into each other and went for dinner..eventually, though how he recognised her I don't know because she has had a face transplant....and is nothing like the Helen of old,...though much better suited to him in our opinion!
Who knows if Havers will win the day...would be an interesting combination if they did get it together....

Helen was shot and died in the last episode. Her funeral was also in the last episode and Inspector Lynley was devastated
Havers come up to him to comfort him. Don't know if they stay together. Will have to wait and see
