my friend had unprotected sex about 3weeks ago but has only just missed her period 1week ago does that mean shes 1week pregnant?

if she is pregnant and is one week late for her period that would make her 5 weeks pregnant funnily enough as they start from the day of her last cycle (start of)

If she is pregnant she will be 5 weeks pregnant or there abouts cause it goes from the first day of your last period!!! It sounds like she may have had sex right about when she was due to ovulate!!! Tell her to take a test!!

Stressing on being pregnant could have made her late on her period. She really needs to have a pregnancy test.

She must have pregnacy test, but maybe she is not pregnat maybe she use protection - if not your friend is going to be a father... Good luck to your friend!

no it means that she is a week late,.....if she were pregnant it would from the day that she had sex.
