how can i deliver the famous speech ( to be or not to be ) of william shakespeare perfectly? where can i get a pattern on how to deliver it?

Have you read the play? Try to capture Hamlet's angst in your delivery. Try to get into his emotions. Mostly, make it YOUR delivery, not a copy of someone else's. THAT would be perfect.

There have been many film versions of Hamlet. Rent one and see how professional actors do it. You can mimic them; or you can tape yourself reciting the text, play it back and listen to check your own authenticity. Either way works.

There are loads of filmed renditions of Hamlet. See if you can get footage of Lawrence Olivier's version.
