So many but the ones that have my vote are ones that killed off their own people in mass genocides for no reason, Hitler, Pol Pott (cambodia) Idi Amin.

I think Gary Glitter -the paedophile who has been hiding in Thailand so he can take advantage of children and not have to answer to the laws of England. In Thailand his money also buys him alot of grace with the local authorities unfortunately.
So this guy gets to live his sordid life and buy his way out of punishment.
Anyone who abuses children should be made to suffer long and painfully.
