Why do companies make pathetic attempts at projecting their work environments as perfect "utopias"?

When in fact they're the pits of hell.

That's advertisement in some form, because you won't go out and speak about your employment in a bad company.. you tend to pretend you are contented with your career and your salary.. it's two-way.

Not mine...I run a graphic design company and I let the artists in here to express, to create and to design as their own style.
Matter of fact, customers like the result of what we done
