let the silly things slide.......you have to try to be more flexible and not so sensitive to the little things in life....
either that or there are underlying issues that need to be resolved first

When you're in love with your man, you don't argue with him
all the time especially about silly things which will project your
'bad' image of true love and understanding.
You should show love and affection towards your man and be
passive with romantic feelings. Once your man has accepted
your 'signals', I'm sure, he'll love you more with understanding
and passion. Be prepared!

Pick your battles and really think about how you are making him feel and what the effect the criticism has on both of you. I think if you show him the respect to agree to disagree over the small stuff and allow him to feel loved for who he is it opens the door for a more deeper and accepting relationship. I think it is truly when someone feels valued for who they are it makes them what to reach out for what they can be. I also believe that this is a choice on your part and you just decide to stop it! Think about someone else being loving and kind to him and that if you don't stop it he may find her! Sounds like your both trying to get valued. Raise your acceptance of him and show him he is more important than a silly situation, instead show him true acceptance he will respect you and things will get better when your both not on the defense. Good luck!

There has to be a reason for this, but you haven't given enough details to provide any clues. Who starts the fights? Is this a new behavior? Do you argue a lot with everyone, or just this man? Do you have something serious to be angry about and it comes out over trivial matters?

Step back and look at the whole picture and chill out a bit. Only you can stop the arguing, if you don't he'll soon get fed up and walk, and to be honest would you blame him ? Good luck.

take a minute to take a deep breathe before you start or respond to something. That way maybe that minute you took would stop you from fighting!

you have to learn 4 words if you want your relationship to succeed. when you argue learn to say 'you're right'. then after the argument learn to say 'i'm sorry'. it never fails.
