Both if you can do it! Contacts are great but sometimes glasses are easier and give your eyes rest from the contacts. If you around a lot of air conditioning contacts sometimes dry and irritate a little. They're are some really great glasses and disposal lenses this gives you the convenience of both. Good luck!

It's all up to you, really. If you are shy and ready to deal with procedures required by contacts, wear them. If you are not prepared for the trouble - wear glasses, but choose the ones that fit your face (take a friend or a relative, who you trust with you to choose the frame). There are VERY stylish styles out there these days, that not only won't make you look like a nerd, but if anything will make you look COOLER (look at the celebrities! some of them are wearing glasses even if they don't have to - just for style!) But, to be honest, if there are people who judge you by how you look, maybe they are not worth you?!

Contacts are a wonderful option for someone who can be bothered with proper rituals of daily cleansing and disinfection. If you have allergies, are lousy at routine or have astigmatism, stick to glasses.

contacts is better 2 me,,it don't make u look like a geek like glasses do,,,lol
