toilet paper is not so bad. In the middle east they use their left hand only to wipe the crap off their @ss and then they use water to clean their hand.

Some do, some don't. You can't assume all Americans or Europeans act exactly the same way.
There are other options, since actual washing may be difficult in public places, like special premoistened wipes.

I prefer baby wipes myself. Most of the people I know just have toilet tissue in their WC's. And of course I wash my hands. Not too would be gross.

It depends on the person. I like using pre-moistened cleansing wipes. These are handy while traveling.
