I like it, I love it, can't get enough of it!

Anyways, WHICH Country music do you mean?

Have you ever heard, for instance, Dwight Yoakam? Alan Jackson? Reba McIntyre? Vince Gill? Lorry Morgan? Tim McGraw? John Michael Montgomery (who, incindentally, has been covered by an R&B group)?

Because most people who DON'T like Country music, talk about the music you hear on those compilation CD's, e.g. 50 or more years old Country music. Like Hank Locklin.

Oh, by the way: Some more famous Country singers: Faith Hill, George Strait, Tanya Tucker, Shania Twain?

Have you actually heard enough Country music to even give an honest opinion about it?

I mean, I like LOTS of music styles, like Classical music, Rock 'n' Roll, Disco, Metal, Rap, but not EVERYTHING in EVERY music style. Because, especially when a style is extremely popular, there's also a lot of shitty music being created.

I hated country music all my life till I went camping this summer. The only radio station I could pick up was Froggy 98.5 in PA, and so my husband and I listened to it for 5 days straight. (he likes country music) Now those songs that I heard on the radio will always remind me of camping, and its happy memories. It is definately an aquired taste for those who aren't used to it, and yes, some of the songs are really ridiculous, but your taste in music might change some day and you might actually enjoy a song or two. No big deal either way, its our differences that keep life interesting.

I'd rather eat a chocolate covered onion and play with an armadillo then listen to anything they play on MTV, and that new stuff that sounds like pop is just as crappy as MTV. Toby Keith rocks!

It depends...if the pop crossover type like Shania, Faith or LeAnn, then yes, but if it's traditional country like with line dancing and other hillbilly quirks, then no.

Who are you listening to then? I love it. Most country songs are about real life, and I can really relate to them.
