Go to your local health food store or vitamin shop and get a supplement called L-tryptophan. Its a precurser to serratonin. It will help take the edge off. And for the cravings take L-glutamine or kudzu.

in stead of smoking all day everyday... first try smoking once a day for a few days... then try smoking once a day a few times a week... until your only smoking once a week... then make it a monthly thing... until you forget to smoke ....

if and when i stop smoking... i figure Id handle it using the method above.

one thing is for sure if this daily pot smoker suddenly stops... The first 72 hours without smoking will be the hardest.... one has to endure having a bad attitude due to the lack of pot. Pot smokers are mean when there is no pot around. its best to cut down gradually if one is serious about quiting..

i lived with a pot smoker for twenty years he went for walks and drank a lot of water like any thing in life if you want it bad enough you will get it please belive me u will feel better about your self when u relize u do not need pot to cope with every day problems
look at people around u and their problems visit a burn unit and u will soon realize that others have worst problems coping with every day life i wish u luck u can do it

why only few days, your whole life will be easier, if you are in good companionship and in the midst of people who love you and help you to come out of the situation. nothing is impossible. keep yourself and others happy. you can lead a peaceful life throughout.

Yes, stuff a lid in your pillow for sleeping soundly. During the waking hours pop shrooms and tie yourself to a tree.

yes, put your midn somewhere else. go get out change who you hang out with! if you are around it. it ain't goin to work. so change friends. anything. go play sports . anything that will take your mind away from drugs
