speed, so i can outrun a bullet. besides, even if you were super strong, a bullet or missle could still kill you, but if you were super fast, it'd be hard. you'd be going so fast, time would be like 1 second = 1 minute. which gives you plenty of time to dodge a bullet, or find another way to outsmart the situation you are in. etc..
Definately speed.
Besides, you would be able to control your speed too, so it's not like your love life would be crappy, unless you purposly used your speed. lol.

I would rather have strength than speed because I can build and rebuild my strength so that nothing and no one can hurt me; inside and out, whereas speed can make you forget things and too much of it can make you slow down as well.

Think about what you'd want to do after the match....maybe with a lady....would you want to be so fast that it was over right away? Or would you want to be able to pick her up, carry her gently, and give her her groceries for a long time?
