Maybe you don't have to leave. If you are not totally miserable and you like the your job, you can take their offer. Try fitting the studies and growth into your schedule. In the meantime, you could start searching for other opportunities.
Good luck,
don't stay if you are not happy

You already have 1 1/2 years experience at your job. I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard to get a job elsewhere, just tell your managers that you're going in a different field or going back to school. Then quit. If you don't have enough money saved up, keep working at your current job and then look for another job.

This is the 21st Century, few people stay loyal to their jobs, frankly I wouldn't stay in a job that I was unhappy at. We're also not living in our grandparents time, meaning that most people don't stay at one job until retirement, its okay to move around. Personally, I wouldn't stay at a job like that, but anywhere you go isn't going to be perfect, there will be people and managers that you won't like, but if its making you miserable then just get out. I would.

Thought you were leaving for studies and growth. If you still plan on working and going to school, and this job won't interfere, then stay every job will have small issues, blow them off nothing to worry about, take the bonuses and enjoy.

I would have left even if they offer to double my pay/ perks what ever. In fact once u have voiced your desire to leave, to stay back would give the employers a feeling that they can take u for granted! I would always stick by my decison but ofcourse would leave on a pleasent note... there is no use burning old bridges!

Stay with the job only as long as it's necessary.

Go with you're heart.- Only you can really answer you're question as at the end of the day you're the one who will be 'living it', (as such)
