Conquer the world: Hitler. Because c'mon, the guy's HITLER.
Who is more evil: Um, Hitler. Becuase JK hasn't really elaborated on whether Snape's evil or not....
Who needs a happy pill more: Snape! Geeez...why so moody? Why don't you wash and comb that hair and try showing us your pearly (or in your case, gnarly) whites, oh Snapey?

Hitler was a sociopath that amassed a private army (the SS) and became a dictator that had a horrific reign of terror, much like the character of Voldemort that caused the death of countless victims. Snape is just a sadistic teacher and has been a pawn in the war between the more powerful characters of Dumbledore and Voldemort. Snape doesn't even seek to conquer the world, although Hitler did attempt it and has left his ugly ideas behind that continue to hurt the world at large long after his death. Hitler was far more evil of the two and would need the "happy pill" much more.

Snape is a fake character, Hitler is not a fake character n in reality he had killed more than a hundred of ppl. So, ofcourse Hitler is evil than snape. Witch n Wizard just go with stories, it doesnot go with real situational life.

Definitely Snape, because if he killed Dumbledore, then he must be the most evil person in th world. Even Voldemort didn't have the enough courage to stand up to Dumbledore (RIP, :'( ...)
Also, Snapes a teacher in Hogwarts (that means he's very tallented and/or quallified), he is/was a Death Eater and ....... Snape's a wizard...
