Java Compiler?

Hi,
I am starting out again with Java, and I want to know if there are any tutorials to get a complete development enviorment to run Java programs running. As well as reliable compilers.

I personally like www.drjava.org it is a Java IDE written in Java using Java SDK.

This is a bit off topic but Apache-Tomcat uses programmable compiler class in JRE now to compile Java Server Pages.
