Okay, I am 20. Yeah kinda young. I been working since I was like 8. Helping my dad at his job, and then I started working wage jobs at 17. Its been over 3 years and I still havent missed a day of work. I have been called in many times, and show up atleast 95% of the time. I got good written references. I have worked in a restaurant, in a lightbulb warehouse, and a retail store and do great in all of them. But they dont pay jack for me trying to go out on my own. I need to make closer to $20 An hour. But these employers hire these losers instead of me.. Its garbage. Id be much more better for their business. But like I got turned down for Post office, Corrections Guard, Police Dispatcher.. And I know theyd love me if they gave me a shot!! By the time I was 21 Id be doing the job awesomely, and they would prolly keep me for 20+ years!! I Need 2 things in life, Love and a good job. I didnt go to college, that is hurting me a little bit. But id out work any of em. I need the hook up!!!

Get an education that will go along way in building your future. You want want to tone down the ego and attitude too. There must be some really valid reasons why you are not being hired by all of these businesses. You might want to look at that. Get a reality check and try to improve yourself. Work on your English and grammar and spelling skills while you are at it. lol Look at your job interviewing skills too. You must be doing something that is really turning off potential employers. And calling other candidates who are more qualified to do certain jobs than you are losers is pretty immature! Good luck trying to make $20.00 an hour with no college education. Try truck driving. lol If you were such a great employee at all of these jobs, why did NONE of them offer to promote you in any way into a management or supervisor capacity?

Well, if you came into my store and applied, I would think twice of hiring you too. You've only been working for the past 3 years, and now (presumably) out of work. and you've held 3 different jobs in 3 years. The only way I would hire you is if I needed an immediate position filled that I didn't mind if you left after a little bit.
If I were you, I wouldn't be asking for $20/hr on the application either. Most jobs start you off at a helluvalot less than that.

Maybe you should join the military. You'll get experience and possibly financial help with an education. (If you need more info on this, let me know, I was in the navy for 16 years) Employers love ex-military because they usually tend to be more reliable than the average person. If you can take orders, that may not make sense, without question, then it could be a great experience, especially if you really work as hard as you say. You would go far! Plus you could see the world!

Without having prior military experience you are not likely to get a job at the post office, this is just a lax job that honorably discharged people usually land. No ordinary joe off of the street has gotten one of these jobs THAT I KNOW OF.
Corrections guard would probably look more favorably on police, or military experience, and being 20 you have neither. (requiring a minimum of 4 yrs in the military, you would be atleast 22)
The only thing that I can suggest is if you want a good job that does not require any college is the railroad. ($60k +)
Both UP, and BNSF are hiring right now, though I am not sure what city/town you live in, I would suggest submitting your application to them, I am not going to "hook you up" because I am not going to put my job on the line who sounds like they are overconfident in their abilities.... never tell anyone how good you are, just let them find out.... you can tell someone all day that the sky is blue, and they will not believe you, but if you ask them what color it is, they will say blue, and believe it. This is because they believe themselves more than they believe you, and that is the way that this works. You have to tell them what they want to hear, not what you actually think. Wal-Mart would never hire me, because I was honest on their application process, yet hired people that I knew did illegal substances, it is just a game... learn how to play.

What you need is the sheepskin. Go back to school and get a degree. That will help more than you know.
