The topic of actual incest seems to have monopolised this question so I'll speak about inbreeding. The British Royal line is a good bit less inbred than most Continental equivalents, because for a long time Germanic families would not marry into others unless BOTH had sixteen registered noble great great grandparents(the Almanach de Gotha). And while this directly affected Victoria and Albert, possibly causing the haemophilia which has struck through the British family for a hundred years, that's just Elizabeth's father's line, and to a lesser degree Philip's because some of his lot weren't Germanic. Elizabeth's mother's line, only going a couple of hundred years back, include a number of ministers, middle class merchants and Scots gentry - there's even an American connection. Di's mother is descended from mainly Irish, minor noble families who certainly wouldn't meet the Germanic standard, While her father was British peer to his bootheels, his family has also through the years supplemented its income with the dowries of Misses Citizen from London, who had no right to call themselves noble. It was the french family's inability to see past the silver spoon that was in part their downfall, and why the Brit rulers are much less inbred than Germans or other continentals. .

well i can't answer all of them but incest comes into play often because according to tradition royals are only allowed to marry other royals and it's not as if there's a large amount of royal families running around.

So, you just pulled those "facts" out of thin air? Cite your sources. I very much doubt these things are more prevalent in the people about whom you ask than they are among other groups of people. Why, for example, are these crimes so common among the poor and the middle class?
