as we had taken heavy physical strain,breathed heavy . At the time of ejagulation we feel a black out ( no time) it is nothing but a trailer or sample to death. After the ejagulation due to relaxation in mind and nerves also we feel sleepy. Man kind does just two things in various modes . One is killing and other is inviting others to kill. In sex only the both are possible. As basic urge /instict had fulfilled we feel sleepy.

actually it only makes men sleepy, a hormone or something another gets released that makes men sleepy, woman on the other hand tend to wake up, that's why woman always complain about men rolling over and going to sleep when they want to snuggle or talk.
And believe it or not exercise gives you energy so if you all are so well fucked you'd be bouncing off of walls.

I dont get sleepy!! As soon as I have sex for some good hours, Im like lets take it to the shower and do it again!! Shower is an awesome place.. it really is..

Because sexual activity causes our body to release endorphines which are natures pain killers. When a man orgasms enough endorphine is released into his system to tranquilise a horse so we cant help but feel sleepy.

your body releases many of it's adrenal hormones. Just like you get sleepy after you got chased by a lion. you drain you body and it has to recharge itself.
