Theoretically he can get access to any information from the Executive Branch of the Federal government. I don't know how much success he would have getting sealed court records or closed-door testimony in Congress.

I say "theoretically" because any bureaucracy knows how to make a file "disappear" when someone needs access to it.

I read that the first thing Clinton did when he took office was to send an aide to find out two things.

1. Who killed JFK
2. Do UFO's exist

The article didn't say whether he found those answers or not.

Where there's a will there's a way, especially when weilding unlimited power. If he wants to know about materials that are sealed records, it would be extremely difficult to keep him from it.
