I'm die-hard Man Utd fan, yesterday I was watching the clash Man utd vs. Arsenal, I must say Arsenal deserved to win, they outclassed Man Utd everyewhere, specially in defence, United could have a got a draw if their passing was not so sloppy, they did look very tired though, but I'm not so sure of that as well. Fergie shud have probably put Ole in place of Rooney, he was so quiet and inneficient. What I can say now is that the championship has become more interesting, all the top guns have lost, but I'm sure United will bounce out of this and keep on winning.

As a united fan myself I agree that Aresnal did play better. The match was pretty even in the first half and I'm pretty sure had Lehmann not been the goalkeeper, united would have scored a few. I gotta say it did bring a smile to my face to see Jens get hit in the face with the ball lol! I'm the first to admit that Lehmann is perhaps the best goalkeeper on the planet, but had he been taken out I'm certain Manchester would have won.

The second half was really where Arsenal had the upper hand. United's passing was sloppy, their defense was weakened and they all seemed quite exhausted. They did give the ball away a few times also which I cannot begin to understand. But obviously Arsenal deserved the win and i'm not surprised. I have always thought that they played better without Henry.

Manchester's 100% record is shattered but they're still in the top two so this loss really has not affected them at all. On the other hand, it's a win that Arsenal had to have.

That is so true, but lets be more specific if C Ronaldo had not been so sloppy, i swear that boy's mind was not in the game in the least, was it the eufa suspension that got to him? I dont know. Fergie said so himself that in the second half they looked tired maybe they were but still Arsenal played on wednesday as well so that is no excuse. Their minds were not in the game and you could see it in the way that they passed their balls. Their defense is also something to talk about, it was almost no there.

I saw rooney and ronaldo at some point defending and evra up there attacking, why would he take on the left sifde of the wing when we have an able left winger in Ronaldo, if he wanted some force in the wing he should have taken Ronaldo. Why wasnt Richardson playing is he not still a Man U playa? Rio Ferdinand and crew were not on the field Arsenal werent that strong we gave them the win on a silver platter, just handed it out to them! I hope they do bounce back because i cannot afford another sleepless night, i am writing exams.

well as an arsenal fan i agree with u about yesterday. we did play really well. i think man u played a little sloppy yesterday, and kept giving the ball away. i think the the fact arsenal played 5 in mid, that made the midfield congested and made united hurry when passing the ball.
i think its going to be an interesting season. with liverpool in the bottom half of the season with spurs and arsenal who cant seem to put away chances they create and man u with only 2 and half strikers i think that the likes of everton and portsmouth could well be challengers. i hope chelsea lose a few more games tho.

Arsenal played very well, and your back 4 looked a little shaky at times. Also O'Shea needs to work on his passing, he almost gave Arsenal a bigger lead. Rooney didnt look that good, he probably wasnt that fit.

Arsenal played really well for a change. Some superb saves by Lehmann. Anyway, Man U will bounce back for sure.

we were sloppy everwhere, ole played well from the moment he came on, rooney seemed to be just a bit rusty, evra was a weak ling in defence, kuscak (sorry cant spell his name!!) does not look good in goal, as regards to midfield, we were a shambles, ever since keane left we dont have any solid central midfielder, we need some one like gattuso, our best days were when we had keane and butt in midfield, to a lesser extent, phil nev, they would not have allowed ronaldo to have mad such a silly mistake to late in the game which lead to the goal, we still have enough to challenge but we need someone at christmas to steady the ship

i am also a die-hard man united fan but i want to tell you something you should believe in your team if you want them to win ......mancheter united and arsenal were both perfect in the first half...may be in the second arsenal was a little better...their attacks were more dangerous..but that doesnt mean that if manchester united was bad..because if they had won the match ..they defiently would have deserved it...because .they are the best team ever..and they were the only team till 5th week in the premier league who never lost any match but thanks to arsenal

If that was the best game Arsenal can show, then we needn't worry, the championship will be ours! As for MU, they were certainly tired; and too many important players injured! I think everything will be fine!
