Deon Sanders-I hate the guy personally but, at the college level, he completely transformed a game all by himself. I also like Charlie Ward.

deion sanders in his prime in college no one could touch him guys are much faster now but deion then was so quick he was a shutdown corner before they were around and all the hype that came with him going pro
