Vitamin E will not cause any problems with your hemorrhoids. I recommend you also take rutin or bioflavinoids with vitamin C which have been helpful to other persons with your problem.

ok the best thing to end up with hemorroids and you would be surprise ...first you must get a very tiny carrot and use these vitamin E 400mg and apply it to the whole carrot ...you can introduce it to your rectum and sleep with it ...it is the most successful natural healing you could get ...you do this everyday during 2 weeks and your hemorrhoids will dissapear forever the carrot has some antiinflammatory properties and the vitamin E has a restoring healing process ...the first time i hear about it I laugh so loud and i thought they were joking and they were not

I think you mean 400 IU of vitamin E since this is how it is normally measured. This is not an unreasonable dose for an adult and should have no impact on hemorrhoids one way or another, unless you are sensitive to an ingredient in your supplement and get diarrhea as an adverse reaction.

Did your doc advise you not to take it?
