If it was in the bulk folder it is gone -- if it was deleted to your regular trash file you can access if for a short time (All according to how your system is set up)

It may still be in your deleted items folder unless you have deleted it from there or you have also deleted from junk mail then it is gone for ever

Generally there are about three or four areas that show mail and you have to work hard to delete them all.
Additionally go to your hard drive and you will probably find a further copy there.
Its a bit like my glasses, they are around somewhere.

if your using outlook;
highlight the deleted items folder then click on the tools menu and you will see an option for recover deleted items.
Other than that I think its gone.

I think you go to the trash box or bulk folder and then highlight the email you want to bring back to the inbox and send it to IN.

You don't. It's gone forever. You deleted it on the mail server, not on your PC.

they could be on your trashbox, purely pass them decrease back on your inbox. in case you emptied your trash, you will get better them with Peter Norton utility, yet i'm undecided how.
