Charm is the way to go when it concerns ruling. I know that I wouldn't be a happy person if all around me were walking on pins and needles from fear. It is not so much that it would be easier if you were charming your way through life. But it would be a better way to live. I have lived in fear and wish it on no one. I hope that I have helped.

I would like to rule by charm because if I ruled by fear than I would also fear of being killed.

By fear because it is easier to stop liking someone than it is to stop fearing them. If you rule by charm all you have to do is make one mistake for people to stop loving you. If you're feared one mistake doesn't matter. Bill Clinton for example... He was loved by all, he gets one BJ and everyone turned on him. G.W. he makes nothing but mistake but he has developed a fear in the people so strong that we kind of look the other way. Fear is always the way to go in a leadership position because kindness is always I repeat ALWAYS considered a sign of weakness.

charm hands down because fear is just the wrong thing to do when you rule. fear will always back fire as well
