You need to consult with a physical therapist as to your limitations with range of motion. You do need to stay active but with appropriate styles of exercise. The consultation for this info. should be inexpensive if not free. Then you are on your way to mobility and feeling good. Take care.

Don't press your luck pal. You better learn to walk without messing it up and be satisfied. Artificial hips require replacement.
Other joints are also factored into this decision. It's like books on a shelf. Remove one book and the other books change position.

i must depend on the kind of aritificial hip you have, but some sports should be moderately safe, specially if not practiced at a competitive level, cycling could be an option, but you shoul definitively ask your doctor and physiotherapist about this

sure you can do some easy sports like soccer played at your pace,you can play volleyball, walking is a sport and you can pace urself everyday and add a few more minutes in your routine, anything that does not require a lot of running you should be able to handle quite well

the doctors don't want u doing no kind of running on ur hip because it want last as long as it surpose 2

I don't see why not, but I assume they might have to be modified, so as not to worsen it because it's not in it's original condition anymore.
