get a second or third opinion, there is something going on that your doc did not see, never go by one diagnosis or opinion.

If your traveling alot you might not be eating correctly and at the correct times. Sounds like your blood sugar is low since you say you feel better after a candy bar or pop. I would see the Dr. to rule out boarderline diabetes. Ask for a fasting glucose tolerance test.

Keep on believing that you will find out the real cause. My husband had these symptoms and it turned out to be an immune deficiency, not aids at all,and he was mis-diagnosed from the whole spectrum of things i can't even remember all of them.It may take a while, but be patient.Maybe an endocronologist would be helpful.Sorry for your sickness.I will pray you find out something and that it can make you feel better.

I had a similar experience a couple years ago. I am not a medical professional. The doctors took lots of blood and could not figure out what was wrong with me. Turned out I was Anemic with chronic fatigue. Ask your doctor about these possibilities for your illness. It was a simple fix once they figured this out.
