I heard there like a place right near central part like u pay $30 or 40 a night....Can anyone tell me whats a cheap place in NYC just for over night!!!!!

That answer is not out of the question, but highly unlikely. It's probably a hostel. I would place an ad on craigs list and someone with an extra bedroom will probably let you stay the night. Again, 30 or 40 is asking much, but try Queens or Brooklyn if y ou are looking for the best deals.

Central Park - get there early to secure a good bench.
Don't bring a blanket - it'll get stolen - use old newspapers if it gets chilly.
If a police officer stops and questions you, tell him you don't know where you are because you think the extraterrestrial aliens who dropped you off after the abduction probably gave you a memory loss drug of some kind.
Guaranteed, he'll just leave you be.

believe me there isn't a place to sleep in NYC for 30-40 dollars unless you want to be mugged or eaten by bedbugs.
