how to become an actor/ess?????

im in london now but i wanna know if i can be an actor/ess in ((hollywood)) and actualy how??????????is it hard?????
would you please tell me how should i look for cinema????????
(both girl and boy)

I also wanna be an actor so I'll write scripts for myself and send it to any good script-writing agency. I guess it's the only way for me. Hope it can also work 4 you.
