When i feel lonely, I try to keep myself occupied by surfing the net or doing housework till i get tired. Then I just fall asleep :)

Get involved with some groups at your local church. Volunteer at some nursing homes, homeless shelters, animal shelters, etc. Find a passion and go after it. Loneliness is the number one thing that all humans struggle with. The funny thing about aloneness is that you are not alone in feeling this way. We have ALL felt this at one time of our lives or another. So, combat the feelings by getting involved somewhere. You can help yourself with this. That is the great thing about this. God bless you!

Just remember your never alone.. you are loved by friend and families. Sometimes it helps to pick up a phone to talk to one of them, to hear their support.
