It's called Bad and the video is a re-make called "Badder" where everyone turns into kids and they run around a hollywood movie set. I think I would know if the video was Thriller, Its one of the best videos ever made...

Damn am I the only one who knows what youre talking about?
Unfortunately I dont remember the name.
Didnt he like turn into a clay figure and have like a bunny rabbit head or something?
I also remember him riding a bike with a bunny head and a leather jacket.
This was around the time when the California Raisins had clay animation raisins singing "Heard it through the grape vine"
This was more like a movie than a video.
Yea! You went waaay back!
