My current roommate pretends to placate me by agreeing with my concern, but he wants this guy to move in. We all just graduated college together. The two of us have a house with a spare room and we have to fill it.

First off I'm completely broke. There's no way I'm going anywhere.

But this guy who wants to move in used to do gay (and straight) porn. Now don't get me wrong, I went to film school with him and he's a nice guy and I trust him. The most ANNOYING person I've ever met, but at least he's nice. Still: I'm creeped out.

The dude seems to like young boys. He's in his mid-thirties and just finished college, and he never stops talking in an overly-joyous voice like he just woke up to a new life every single day. He always laughs at stuff that isn't funny. All his movie ideas seemed to revolve around young boys, as I recall. Hope I don't sound too cynical.

I think this person is totally safe, BUT: would you allow someone to move in if you thought they were a (non-offending) perv?

No , Just on general principal I wouldnt have anything to do with this guy, and if had a friend that wanted a washed up gay porn actor to move in i would be looking for two roommates ...........if you have an odd gut feeling about this cat then by all means do not allow this cat to move in ............and if you suspect he is into young boys then I would definately not even consider letting this person anywhere near my house ..........

You're an idiot! You should listen to the voices in your head; they trying to tell you something and they sound smarter than you do. Say no way in hell or move out. You asked.
