yes I have. I had them at grocery stores and they were so bad, I would shop only at convenient stores, I got over that by starting to shop at Walmart on the midnight shift. They say to slowly confront your fear in the most non-threatening way possible. and then gradually build up resistance to the fear. This is how I did it.
Another thing, to manage one when it occurs, consider the concept of floating through it rather than resisting the feeling. The likelihood of dying is minimal though the fear of dying during one does occur often, and can escalate the problem, remember then it is an irrational fear if you can.

Yes I have!!! More than tiring they are horrifying or can be. I know the first couple I had made me think I was going to die! I just couldn't breathe. I was on that birth control patch and it caused a chemical embalance in my head and now I have a panic/anxiety disorder. They are tiring and scary. I am definately worried about having them b/c my great aunt had a panic attack and it caused her to have a stroke and some heart problems. Some people have actually died having them. That really scares me. I did alot of research on it and that is tiring also lol

Yes i know ALL ABOUT panic attacks. I used to have to go to the ER all the time because of them (it felt like i was having a heart attack). They are soooo scarey. Now i am on medication for them and it's helped alot. The best thing u can do (besides pray!) is to try to get ur mind off of what is causing the attack.
God bless!
