power vs how it's used?

Can power be obtained and used in the same manner in all situations? Explain.

Of course not.
Obtained in similar ways, perhaps, but used in many different ways depending on the situation.

There can be power in diplomacy or negotiation.
And then there can be power in the form of military or economic might.
There can, at times, be plenty of power in just words. And, other times, action is called for.
